tip TV - the undeclared interests, the Lenigas PR man Bick and a void of transparency in the UKOG ramp

I have noted before that the little watched internet TV channel tipTV charges companies to appear then serves up a soft ramptastic interview and fails to declare that it is being paid to pull its punches and assist the rampathon. This is wholly unacceptable but tip TV persists. I guess it needs the cash.

The last reported accounts (year to September 30 2014 - HERE) showed losses of £178,717 and period end net current assets of £102,204. Hmmmm sweet FA viewers, spunking £15,000 pcm it does not look good. Better get a few more companies to pay for ramptastic interviews. But it gets worse. I am reliably informed that the company was almost out of cash just before Christmas so we can assume that when 2015 accounts finally come out they will also be a train-wreck. Oh...it gets even worse...

David Lenigas companies have been among those getting interviewed most often and in the softest possible terms by t1p TV interviews such as the investment prostitute Louise Cooper and Zak, the Sith Lord, Mir. Not only did these folks not tell their viewers that companies were paying for soft questions what they also neglected to mention is that a major shareholder in tip tv is David Bick.

Does that name ring a bell?

No Problem Companies paying investment prostitutes for research and interviews BUT

Some folks think that I was wrong to call Louise Cooper an investment prostitute. I make no apologies. The silly cow painted herself as whiter than white, a Mother Theresa. The FACT is that she was more Princess Diana. She works for a company that takes cash from companies to interview them, then gives soft interviews without declaring the payments. That is investment prostitution and is WRONG. However...

There is no problem in companies taking cash to record soft interviews (tipsTV, Proactive) or to put out research (Edison, GECR, Hardman). If it helps investors to understand what the company does or to get some idea on forecasts that is great. I applaud it. But this is not analysis as Princess Diana claims this is PR, this is a financial promotion.

Louise Cooper, an investment prostitute and deceiver of investors - a TW hatchet podcast special

Louise Cooper of tipsTV decided to have a pop at me in this week's Spectator. Well you silly bitch you have no idea how nasty I can be. I defend myself but go on to show why those in glass houses should not throw stones as I reveal the sordid truth behind her work alongside Zak Mir as an investment prostitute and deceiver of investors at tipsTV in a podcast special. Next time Louise, Sweetie, try to take a cheap shot at someone who deserves it and at someone who is not afraid to fight back. I call this one game, set and match for the Sheriff.
